De Visual & Spatial Tissue Analysis (VSTA) kernfaciliteit biedt in situ detectie van DNA-afwijkingen, multiplex RNA-expressie, puntmutaties (DNA/RNA/Basescope) en multiplex eiwitexpressie (immunokleuring, Ultivue) met whole-slide imaging (brightfield/fluorescentie) en geavanceerde digitale beeldanalyse.
