Alice Whelan is a PhD researcher at the Law, Science, Technology & Society research group. They are a member of the DATAUNION research team, a European Research Council funded project which examines the implementation of database interoperability in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice of the European Union. Alice Whelan's research interests sit at the intersection of Sociolegal Studies, Critical Data Studies and International Political Sociology.
