Born in Brussels (1,4 milj eu)

Our group is responsible for the Born in Brussels project. We developed a psychosocial screeningstool and personalised care pathways into a digital webplatform including interoperability in different electornic files. The result is based on scientific evaluation and co-creation with care providers with different backgrounds across Brussels.
Evaluation of the implementation of CenteringPregnancy in Brussels as possible care pathway is a pilot-project Florence Talrich is examinating.
We received about 1.4 milj eu for the Born in Brussels project starting sept 2018-dec 2022.
