Samenvatting
This poster shows a comparison of the results of several nonlinear system identification techniques on a number of benchmark examples.
An effective graphical representation is used to evaluate the trade-off between model quality and number of parameters. An interpretation of the results allows one to group the families of the considered nonlinear models: block-oriented, nonlinear state-space, neural networks models, ...
Some theoretical open issues need still to be addressed and will be raised during the discussion.
