D2.1 – RANKING OF TECHNOLOGY – BUSINESS DESIGNS FOR THE DEMO SITES

This report summarizes the first results of the Multi-Actor Multi-Criteria Analysis
and draws connection to the technical design requirements for Local Energy
Communities.
Therefore, the scenario development and selection are described for each site from
a high-level perspective. The scenarios are linked to the Business Models that will
be analyzed and tested. The selected objectives of the stakeholders are shown and
the method that was used to summarize the objectives is explained. Subsequently,
the Multi-Actor Views are compiled first based on stakeholder input and secondly
based on a qualitative expert evaluation. The qualitative expert evaluation is
explained in detail. With this input, the mentioned objectives are connected with
the selection of Key Performance Indicators for the technical design and assessment
of the specified scenarios. The information collected within this report is important
to guide future action on the specification, simulation and optimization of the
technical configuration of the sites.
This report strongly builds on information that can be found in D2.2 Requirements,
expectations and objectives for each demo site, D2.3 KPI definition and selection
and D5.1 Output Data Framework which includes a more detailed description of the
pilot sites.
