For over 75 years, the Council of State of Belgium has played an essential role in safeguarding the rights of individuals seeking justice in administrative disputes. The reforms introduced by the Law of 11 July 2023, aim to enhance the substantive effectiveness of the Council of State, Administrative Law Division, in order to contribute to swift, effective, and high-quality legal protection. This contribution aims to provide an initial exploration of the main changes regarding the annulment procedure, interim relief, electronic proceedings, and the conduct of hearings
