Samenvatting

We analyzed somnograpic data (925 patients) to explore how accurately patients can estimate their sleeping times. We explored two variables: sleep onset time, and total sleeping time. We compared fibromyalgia patients, patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and other patients with sleeping problems.
Patients with fibromyalgia are better able to estimate their sleep onset times, especially when there is a co-diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome.
