E-inclusie beleid in België: Een overzicht van de bestaande en mogelijke beleidsplannen, acties en initiatieven.

The research report, part of the federal IDEALiC research project, shows whether Belgian policymakers pay attention to digital inclusion. Based on an empirical study of 260 policy documents, the research report answers the main question to what extent and how digital inclusion is addressed by Belgian policymakers. We answer three sub questions: 1) for what purposes do Belgian policymakers use digital media, 2) to what extent do Belgian policymakers pay attention to digital exclusion, and 3) how do they conceptualize the theme of digital inclusion.
