Empoderando usuarios financieros en la propuesta de FiDA: una aproximación a los límites y posibilidades de los paneles de control de permisos

Samenvatting

The proposed Financial Data Access Regulation (FiDA) seeks to extend the current open
banking scheme towards an open finance system. Users' permission will be vital to enable
access to their financial data. In this regard, it is foreseen the use of dashboards to provide
an overview, sometimes in real time, of these. While there are certain obligations to assist
in making decisions about the transactions that give rise to such data, there are no similar
requirements for the management of the latter. As such, it is possible to consider
combining both functions in a modular platform, such as dashboards, for the users’ actual
benefit. This contribution will explore dashboards in FiDA and analyse their possibilities
and limitations to help users manage their information.
