Samenvatting

The role of sport psychology practitioners (SPPs) has evolved from individual and group/team service delivery models to a focus on systemic and organizational factors to promote optimized performance and well-being for all members of an organization. Drawing on the expertise and insights of SPPs working within Olympic and professional sport organizations, this manuscript explores SPPs experiences in relation to Fletcher and Wagstaff?s four levels of service delivery. Furthermore, contributors offer recommendations and considerations for SPPs and sport organizations to aid in the promotion of sport environments conducive to performance and well-being across organizational levels.
