Induction heating as an alternative electrified heating method for carbon capture process

Samenvatting

In the present study, composite sorbents were made from 13X zeolite and iron oxide as the main ingredient. These sorbents were used for static and dynamic CO2 adsorption and desorption experiments, where an induction heater was used to thermally desorb CO2 from the sorbents in less than three minutes.
