Informed consent for medical intervention on minors. What does ‘informed’ means?

All groups are very well informed about the nature and the purpose
of the intervention. The majority of the information is given to the
parents of the minors.
? The minors (m) are spared of the risks and the side effects.
? The financial aspect is not frequently brought up.
? The information provided to the parents (EM) is still very elaborated.
? The findings are at odds with the right to informational privacy of
the EM and doesn't conform to the recent national legislation, to
the deontological and ethical codes.
