Managers of all countries, do unite? Set-up and evaluation of an intervention focussing on collective coping.

After a conceptual refinement of collective coping and after having developed a measurement instrument, an experimental design using several comparable groups has been set up in order to evaluate the effects of a group intervention (case study and team training) on collective coping and several other work related variables.
