Samenvatting

The method of identifying voltage difference of super capacitors and the principle of voltage balancing are presented. They are based on the consideration of the capacitance difference and the nature of self-discharging feature. The results show, much energy is available if lower voltage difference of super capacitors at high operating voltage.
