Samenvatting
The present opinion investigates whether the provisions of the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data as well as of the pending modernisation thereof raise any concerns and barriers for the functioning of bilateral or multilateral agreements between privacy enforcement agencies wishing to cooperate in order to enforce data privacy laws in cross-border proceedings.
