Samenvatting

In this work the behavior of a hysteretic system is simulated by Bouc-Wen model to generate data. A polynomial nonlinear state space (PNLSS) is estimated and based on this PNLSS model, by using canonical polyadic decomposition, a decoupled model is initialized and then estimated. The main goal of this study is looking on the behavior of all possible decoupled models.
