SoLoMIDEM D5.2.1 Business Requirements and Scenarios

The purpose of this deliverable, as it is described in the project proposal, is twofold. First, business requirements for each involved stakeholder are assessed and analysed. Such insights were collected through a series of interviews with partners. These insights then constitute the basis for the second step, which elaborates on business-related issues in different scenarios.
The scenario constitutes a qualitative assessment of issues at hand. It aims at illustrating the essentials for potential future collaboration, taking into account requirements, intrinsic strengths and also certain weaknesses of existing partners. The ambitious objective of creating business development based on user-centric IDM depends on how those factors can be combined into collaboration that results in sustainable (business) models for all stakeholders.
