Samenvatting

This study focuses on the potential of a submaximal condition test in primary care practice for adult patients suffering from mild to moderate depression, anxiety or stress.
Firstly, we aim to investigate if measuring a patient's condition can be helpful in motivating the patient to exercise more regularly. Secondly, we aim to test if a correlation can be found between the thus measured changes in physical condition and changes in mental health.
