Het onderzoeksonderwerp van BAFF is het onderzoeken van de microbiële diversiteit van melkzuurbacteriën en azijnzuurbacteriën in tropische vruchten uit het noordelijke deel van Argentinië voor de productie van gezondheidsbevorderende en / of industrieel relevante metabolieten
